Associate - September 2025

We are privileged to work with some of the UK’s most exciting and impressive companies across a range of B2B and B2C industry sectors. Our innovative approach is leading to significant demand for our services and a requirement to add a new cohort of Associates to our team, to support the delivery of projects for our clients and the growth of our business.

As an Associate you will be a key member of the team, working alongside a Project Leader and our founder to deliver client projects. You can expect to work across a wide range of clients and project types.

Key responsibilities include:

• Building an understanding of each client’s requirements, their business and wider market context, to support project delivery
• Undertaking research to build an evidence base for recommendations, for example designing customer surveys, interviewing market experts and identifying reliable third-party data providers
• Leading analysis of both company-provided and market data to identify trends, opportunities and challenges – using both established Coppett Hill technology tools as well as designing bespoke analytical approaches
• Creating content for client deliverables which presents research, analysis and recommendations with high impact
• Supporting the development of Coppett Hill’s suite of proprietary technology tools
• Supporting business development activities by preparing for and joining meetings with potential clients

Requirements

This role would ideally suit both recent graduates and those with 1-2 years of strategic consulting experience who enjoy the variety and pace of consulting but are looking for more responsibility and the opportunity for greater client engagement.

We are looking for people who have demonstrable skills and experience in the following areas:

• Problem solving and insight, with the ability to bring structured thinking to complicated situations and translate data into practical recommendations
• Analytical skills with experience working in one or both of SQL and Python, and skilled at using at least one visualisation tool (e.g. Tableau, PowerBI, Looker)
• A commercial mindset and an interest in business and customer acquisition
• Clear written and verbal communication and strong relationship building
• Committed team player – you want to have real impact with clients working at pace as part of a project team
• Self-directed and proactive – you will have considerable responsibility from Day 1

We understand that early in your career you may not have specific experience against every single one of these boxes – don’t let that put you off, we are most interested in your ability and desire to learn.

• Undergraduate degree from a top tier university
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven mindset
• Experience in 'analytics beyond excel such as SQL and/or Python
• Fluent in English
• Right to work in the UK, we are not currently offering skilled visa sponsorship
