We’re looking for a Digital Support Apprentice. Does this sound like you?
  • Be the Go-To Person: You’ll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries in person, via email, and on the phone. Your role is crucial in ensuring smooth communication between clients, management, and the supply chain.
  • Tech-Savvy Tasks: Get hands-on with our job booking system, Concept. You’ll log jobs, raise purchase orders, and become a superuser by the end of your apprenticeship.
  • Problem-Solving Pro: Provide digital support to Accounts Payable, resolving supplier invoice queries and ensuring the invoicing process runs like clockwork.
  • Project Powerhouse: Support the project team through estimating and tender processes, helping to deliver maintenance projects across the estate.
  • Efficiency Expert: Work proactively to reduce the current level and aging of delegated contract’s work-in-progress (WIP) and chase supplier invoices to ensure timely invoicing.

What you bring to the table:

  • PC skills – although these will be taught during your apprenticeship.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Perks and benefits:

  • Competitive Salary: £18,000 per annum.
  • Work-Life Balance: Monday to Friday, 8am – 4:30pm.
  • Healthy Perks: Fresh fruit every day.
  • Financial Security: Pension plan.
  • Time Off: Generous annual leave.

Future prospects:
