Commercial Property Solicitor – Reading

A well-regarded high street law firm in Reading is looking for a Commercial Property Solicitor (5+ years’ PQE) to join its friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor looking to take on a key role in a growing firm with a strong local reputation.

The Role:

You will handle a varied caseload of commercial property matters, including: ✔️ Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties

✔️ Landlord and tenant matters, including lease negotiations, renewals and licences
✔️ Development agreements and property finance transactions

✔️ Providing clear, practical advice to local businesses, developers and investors

About You:

✅ 5+ years’ PQE in Commercial Property
✅ Confident in managing transactions from instruction to completion
✅ A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and client-focused environment

✅ Keen to be involved in business development and build lasting client relationships
