Part Time Sales Administrator
As a Sales Administrator/ Negotiator, you will play a vital role in supporting the growth of the business. While full training will be provided, our client is particularly interested in candidates who bring the following skills and experience: Strong administrative abilitiesProven experience in sales supportA professional and positive attitudeExcellent telephone and communication skillsTeam player with a collaborative mindsetStrong attention to detail and listening skillsProficiency with Microsoft 365 and general computer skillsMost importantly, a commitment to delivering outstanding customer care Duties Handle customer inquiries through all channels.Registering potential buyersSchedule viewing & valuation appointments and coordinate general diary activities.Take responsibility for administrative tasks.Keep files up-to-date and organised.Obtaining feedback from viewingsMaintain ongoing communication with vendors, manage expectations, and provide feedback from viewings.
