Contract Type: Temporary to Permanent

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM

We are currently recruiting for various positions, including Teaching Assistants, Higher-Level Teaching Assistants (HLTAs), Learning Support Assistants, and Behaviour Mentors for schools in and around Kidderminster.

We offer a range of roles in multiple schools catering to students aged 4-19.

Candidate:
  • Experience working with students with Special Educational Needs (SEN) is desirable but not essential.
  • Previous experience as a teaching assistant, support worker, care worker, sports coach, or a strong passion for working with young people is encouraged.
  • Recent university graduates are also welcome to apply.
  • Ability to support the teaching and learning of SEN pupils across the school.
  • A passion for motivating, engaging, and inspiring young people to learn and participate.
  • Support teachers with general classroom management and behaviour management strategies.
  • Individuals seeking a permanent contract or long-term opportunities within a school setting.

All pay rates quoted will include 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This position is temporary, with the potential for a permanent role becoming available at a later date.
