Your new role
Hays is working with a well-known organisation in South Bristol who are looking for a temporary payroll administrator for approximately 2 months. Pay for the role is dependent on level of experience. The organisation can offer hybrid working, 1-2 days from home. The main duties of the role include:
- Processing payroll in a timely manner - weekly, 2 weekly and monthly
- Create and maintain employee payroll records by gathering and inputting data
- Calculate wages and deductions based on employees attendance, identifying discrepancies
- Reconcile payroll reports
- Answer any pay queries from employees
- Previous experience processing payroll
- Experience multitasking in a role at a fast pace
- Strong attention to detail
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- High level of customer service
- Free on-site parking
- Hybrid working available
- On-site café/ canteen
