Insurance Advisor (Customer service advisor) Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 Per annum + Bonus (Up to £3k per annum) Location: Manchester (Outskirts of Manchester city centre) Office based, Monday to Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm

What you'll do:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the customer journey. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling queries, administering policies and offering support across all insurance products.
- Provide an exceptional level of customer service dealing with queries and administering policies
- Offer support via the full range of Insurance products provided by the company in connection with customer requirements and needs for Adjustments and Claims support
- Plan and process mid-term adjustments and customer service queries efficiently
- Contribute to achieving individual and team goals by developing effective relationships internally and externally
- Adhere to both Company and FCA rules and guidelines

- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
