Role:
We are seeking dedicated tutors in Worcester to support learners who need immediate assistance to succeed academically. If you're an experienced teacher or tutor in KS1-KS4 Maths, English or Science, and enjoy working with students in their homes or schools on a one-to-one or small group basis, we want to hear from you!
You will provide in-person, daytime tuition to learners who are struggling to meet age-related academic expectations. Opportunities are flexible, offering between 5 to 25+ hours per week, depending on learner requirements. Your expertise will be key in boosting the self-confidence and subject knowledge of students, helping to re-engage them in their education.
Many of our learners have complex learning needs, so experience in supporting children with Special Educational Needs (SEN), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, or those affected by childhood trauma is highly beneficial.
Responsibilities:- Deliver engaging, inspiring lessons tailored to the needs of your learners.
- Monitor progress and provide constructive feedback to encourage improvement.
- Collaborate with guardians and teachers to ensure the academic success of each student.
- Keep accurate records of tutoring sessions and learner performance via our virtual learning platform.

- A dedicated Tuition Consultant to match you with opportunities that meet your availability and preferences.
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 6 months of teaching/tutoring experience in the UK.
- Eligibility to live and work in the UK.
- Willingness to undertake a full DBS check and provide references.
- A commitment to safeguarding.
- Experience working with SEN, SEMH, and other complex needs.
