Barnsley - Employment Solicitor - Locum

• The firm is seeking an experienced Senior Employment Solicitor to manage a mixed caseload of both respondent and claimant matters. The role also includes supervisory responsibility for a trainee solicitor.
• The appointed locum will advise clients on a wide range of employment matters, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, redundancy, and TUPE, as well as drafting contracts, policies, and settlement agreements.
• Your role will also involve representing clients in Employment Tribunal proceedings, providing strategic HR and employment advice, and conducting negotiations and mediations.
• The firm is seeking a qualified solicitor with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE and experience working in employment law, handling both respondent and claimant work.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• Additionally, the organisation offers dedicated secretarial support to help support you with your caseload.
