Position: Part-time (22.5 hours per week)Pay Rate: £11.70 per hour (£50 per sleep-in shift)

Who Will I Be Supporting?
Exciting news awaits in the Bicton area! We are thrilled to welcome a vibrant young lady in her early 20s into her new home within our learning disabilities community. She is embarking on a journey towards independence, and we are looking for compassionate Female Support Workers to join us in supporting her every step of the way.
- Her Passions: She's eager to join a theatre group, loves music, and enjoys spending time with her cherished family.
- Her Companion: Neville, her faithful cockapoo, trained by her to provide emotional support, will be by her side. If you adore small dogs and share her love for music, you might be the perfect fit!
- Empowering Independence: Assist her with daily living skills, from meal preparation to household chores, empowering her to live life on her terms.
- Pursuing Passions: Help her pursue her passions and dreams, supporting her attendance at theatre groups and musical activities.
- No Personal Care Required: She manages her personal care and medication independently, allowing you to focus on enhancing her quality of life.

Shift Patterns- Day Shifts: 7:30am - 3pm / 3pm - 10:30pm
- Day Shifts: 3pm - 11pm
- Sleep-In Shifts: 10:30pm - 7:30am (Paid To Sleep)
