The Role
To meet the growing demand for our technology and services, we are now seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our sales department. Being one of the fastest growing Fintech businesses globally we are looking for exceptionally talented and self-motivated person who has a desire to build a career within the Company.
Responsibilities- Contacting merchants from YouLends network and offering the opportunity to apply for more funding.
- Communicating with business owners daily, ensuring they have all the necessary information to submit their applications.
- Working with a variety of enterprise technology platforms and YouLend proprietary solutions to process applications.
- Placing at least 100 Phone calls per day and spending 2-3 hours on the phone with established contacts in our network.
- Target-orientated with a strong desire to work in Sales
- Motivated to hit KPIs and speak to multiple business owners throughout the day.
- Excellent communication skills
- Not afraid of a challenge, rather, you are looking for one!

Salary: £27,500 + 35% quarterly bonusStart Date: 13th January 2025
