Law firm in Wokingham is seeking a Litigation Paralegal for the Wokingham office. The firm currently advise organisations, business owners and management teams on a wide range of commercial disagreements, from those involving commercial contracts through to residential and commercial property disputes.

This Litigation Paralegal role will involve the following:

  • Preparing bundles for trials
  • Drafting letters and documents
  • Liaising with clients and others
  • Arranging client interviews
  • Ensuring file notes of all telephone conversations and meetings
  • Legal research/drafting
  • Digital dictation

The ideal candidate will be a Litigation Paralegal seeking to gain more experience in private practice. Ideally you will have Microsoft Excel experience.
