The Clockspire - Chef de Partie
We are looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join the team at our vibrant new establishment.
About the Chef de Partie role:
- Food preparation, stock rotation and food labelling
- General cleaning duties
- Ensuring high levels of Food and Health & Safety are maintained at all times
- Contribute to the development and planning of new products, menus, and promotions to enhance customer experience
- Carry out the smooth and efficient running of your section as appropriate.
The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Chef de Partie within a fast-paced, high volume kitchen.
Hours per week: 45- Proven experience as a CDP
- Proficiency in diverse cooking techniques and cuisines
- Leaving Cert level education or above
- NVQ qualification or equivalent
- Ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
- Flair and innovative with menus and food presentation
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Exceptional attention to detail

The Clockspire, was originally built by Sir William Medlycott in 1864 as a school which has been brought back to its former glory creating a warm and welcoming restaurant.
