As a full-time Teaching Assistant, you'll be an integral part of helping students thrive in a nurturing environment tailored to their individual needs. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 1:1 and group support to students with SEMH.
- Support students in managing their emotions and behaviour.
- Help deliver tailored educational activities.
- Assist the teacher in the planning and preparation of lessons.
- Encourage positive social interactions and foster a sense of inclusion.
