We’re looking for enthusiastic Teaching Assistants to work in a Secondary SEND School in Andover. The school provides support for pupils with special educational needs both in the classroom and in a residential setting. Key Responsibilities:
- Support pupils with additional needs in both educational and residential settings
- Assist teachers with delivering individualized learning plans
- Help manage behavior and provide a safe, supportive learning environment

Requirements:
- GCSEs in English and Maths (essential)
- Previous experience working with SEND pupils or in a care environment
- Flexibility to work in both classroom and residential settings
- Own transport is preferred due to the school's location
- A positive attitude and commitment to improving pupils' outcomes
