We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Assistant (Grade G) to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our customers receive the highest level of service and support. As a Customer Service Assistant, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers, helping to address their inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance regarding our products and services.

Responsibilities
Assist customers with inquiries via phone, email, and in-person.
Provide accurate information about products and services.
Resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Document all customer interactions in the system accurately.
Collaborate with team members to improve service processes.
Utilize problem-solving skills to address customer issues effectively.

Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times.

Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
Proficient in using computer systems and customer management software.

Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Hours Per Week: 35.00

Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £20.27

Location: Tower Hill, Central London
