Are you passionate about education and eager to make a difference? Newhouse Academy has a great opportunity for a Cover Supervisor.We are looking to expand our cover team and are looking for an experienced Cover Supervisor to join us!
Our cover team plays a crucial role in maintaining high standards of education during staff absences, and we are committed to ensuring our students receive the best possible experience.
As a Cover Supervisor at Newhouse Academy, you will work closely with our current experienced Cover Supervisor and the Cover Manager to ensure smooth and effective classroom management where cover is required.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Supervising classes and ensuring students remain engaged and on task.
- Delivering pre-set lesson plans and adapting them as necessary.
- Supporting student learning and promoting positive behaviour.
- Collaborating with teaching staff and the Cover Manager to address any issues that arise.
