Job Title: Assistant Stylist (Maternity Cover)
Pay Rate: £11.50 (18 years old and over) or NMW for 18 and under

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the salon, including preparatory work, grooming support, and relevant administrative tasks.
- Take an active role in supporting hands-on grooming, including brushing, bathing, and prepping dogs for full grooming services.
- Help maintain exceptional Salon Store Standards across all customer-facing and 'back of house' areas.
- Contribute to salon KPIs and objectives by providing excellent customer service and assisting with grooming tasks as needed.
- Participate in training activities to develop grooming and broader salon skills.
- Assist in retail operations to deliver exceptional customer service during periods of high demand.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
- Ensure all Health & Safety requirements are up to date and in accordance with store legislation.
- Some experience in dog grooming is preferred, but a willingness to learn and develop is essential.
- A desire to build knowledge and grooming skills across a wide range of breeds.
- A positive, supportive, and flexible team player.
- High levels of energy and commitment to the business.
- A hands-on approach and a can-do attitude.
