Our client is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to join their team in Bedford. If you have a knack for planning and prioritising workloads while motivating a team, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily team activities, ensuring smooth operations.
• Plan workloads, set KPIs, and monitor team performance.
• Ensure accurate data entry and compliance with warehouse processes.
• Train and support team members, promoting continuous improvement.
• Oversee goods receipt, storage, picking, and dispatch.

Requirements:

• Leadership experience and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent communication, numeracy, and problem-solving abilities.
• Familiarity with WMS/ERP systems and MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Awareness of warehouse health and safety standards.
• Physically fit to lift cartons up to 15kg.
• A valid forklift license for Flexi and/or Reach trucks.
