Senior Support Worker - Chorley
Are you a motivated and experienced individual passionate about making a difference? We have an exciting opportunity for you to become a Senior Support Worker at our Chorley supported living service for adults with learning disabilities, physical needs and support requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
-Provide high-quality support to ensure our service users receive individualized, person-centered care.- Offer mentorship and guidance to the staff team working within the service.
- Develop warm and trusting relationships with service users, encouraging them to express their needs, views and concerns.
- Support the management of service delivery, effectively meeting the needs of our service users.
- Work in a flexible manner, including evenings and weekends.
