This is not your average infrastructure role. Here, you'll take full ownership of a complex, mission-critical network setup across 2,700+ sites — from AWS-hosted CSR routers to advanced Linux systems. You won’t just support infrastructure — you’ll shape it, driving optimisation, automation, and innovation at every level.

• Autonomy & Recognition: Work closely with directors and the comms team to implement best practices and smart solutions that actually get adopted.
• Diverse Tech Stack: Tackle DMVPN, AWS cloud networking, Linux administration, and DevOps automation with Terraform, Ansible, Python, and more.
• No Two Days the Same: Whether you're troubleshooting a critical latency issue or streamlining deployments with IaC, you’ll thrive in a dynamic, ever-evolving setting.

• Calm under pressure – You’re the person people rely on when things go sideways. You troubleshoot fast, think clearly, and always keep the bigger picture in mind.
• Proactive and solutions-driven – You don’t just fix symptoms; you dig deep and resolve the root cause, always aiming to improve what’s already there.
• A communicator – Whether you’re liaising with service desk teams or advising leadership, you know how to explain technical concepts clearly and persuasively.

• Strong Cisco networking expertise (DMVPN, routing, VPNs) — CCNP level preferred
• AWS cloud networking (CSR8000v, VPC, IPsec, BGP, GRE tunnels, etc.)
• Advanced Linux admin and troubleshooting (Bash/Python scripting, automation)
• Hands-on DevOps mindset – Terraform, Ansible, CloudWatch, Zabbix, Prometheus
• Experience in high-availability environments where downtime isn’t an option
