Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure the team you manage operates effectively and efficiently.- Maintain high standards of client care.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with senior client managers.
- Support cross-team collaboration with Principal Lawyers from other teams, where appropriate.
- Promote the practice to current and new clients.
- Resolve and personally handle complex legal issues.
- Undertake legal management consultancy.
- Advise on law and procedure in various high-profile meetings.
- Play a key role in all elections.
- Support clients during emergencies.
- Represent the practice at professional bodies and alliances.
- Deputize for the Chief Legal Advisors as needed.
- Lead the Criminal Litigation and Regulatory Team at all times.
Ideal Qualifications and Skills:
- Extensive experience in legal practice with a focus on leadership and management.
- Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with professionalism and expertise.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of client care.
