Accounts Assistant Part time
We are working with a city centre property company who are looking to appoint an experienced Accounts Assistant on a part time, temp to perm basis. Lending your skills to everything from invoicing to purchase orders, this will be a job share role which requires a level-headed, adaptable, and passionate individual, working 15 hours a week in this office-based role, the successful candidate will be involved in; Managing and requesting purchase orders from clientsKeeping the in-house system up to date with purchase order detailsProcessing payments and maintaining records on ExcelRaising invoices with precision using Xero This is a great temp to perm opportunity, hours can be flexible, either over 2 full days or 3 shorter days, the successful candidate will have; Minimum of 2-5 years Accounts Assistant experienceProven expertise in Xero and ExcelA sharp eye for detail, with strong organisational skillsAbility to thrive under pressure and consistently deliver results in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication skills and a natural ability to build strong relationships If you are available immediately and are an experienced Accounts Assistant, please send your CV for confidential review.
