Role: Key Account Manager - Medical Sales
Location: Field Based (M62 Corridor - Liverpool to Hull)

Salary: £50-55k + uncapped bonus (£30k+) + car allowance (£630/month) + benefits

About the Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be part of a dynamic team focused on promoting and selling an innovative range of medical devices within the Hospital Channel. You’ll take ownership of a high-potential sales territory, driving growth and building strong partnerships with key decision-makers across both public and private sectors.

  • Maximise Sales: Manage your territory to exceed sales objectives, driving profitability and growth.
  • Nurture Key Relationships: Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
  • Strategic Selling: Develop and execute sales plans that align with both client needs and company goals.
  • Expand Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to fuel continued sales growth.
  • Product Expertise: Stay ahead of industry trends and maintain a deep understanding of our product portfolio to deliver expert training and consultation to your clients.
  • Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favourable terms, preparing contract prices and tender documentation to meet profit targets.
  • Market Insight: Stay informed on market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities through thorough market research.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in Medical Sales or Key Account Management within the healthcare sector.
  • A solid understanding of the NHS supply chain and logistics.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the ability to influence key decision-makers.
  • A proactive and driven attitude, with the ability to manage a sales territory independently.
