As a Property Paralegal, you will work on:
Contract pack preparation.Client and stakeholder communication.
Post-completion tasks.
Providing key support to the property and secured lending team.
What they are looking for:
Experience in property law, running straightforward conveyancing files under supervision, and knowledge of secured lending.Strong communication and organisational skills.
Ability to review and prepare legal documents with attention to detail.
Previous experience in a property department within a law firm.
