They are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead their solar energy initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the solar market, and a passion for renewable energy.

Key responsibilities:
- Develop and articulate a lead generation strategy
- Identify new business opportunities and self-generate commercial solar leads
- Build relationships with potential client, and drive the growth of solar solutions
- Build a network of customers and contacts
- Quickly establish a pipeline of opportunities.
- Selling 100kw+ solar schemes.
- Sales target will be c£1m.
Skills / Experience:
- Commercial Solar design and sales
- Sales experience in the solar space or a network of contacts that could be targeted for solar sales
- Lead generation
- Electrical installations an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Salary: £50k OTE £100k with UNLIMITED commission + Car allowance
