A prestigious European intellectual property firm, known for its long-standing expertise in patents and trademarks, is looking for a People Operations Coordinator to join its dynamic team in London.

With a strong reputation for advising some of the world’s most innovative companies, this firm has been at the forefront of intellectual property law for over two centuries. Their collaborative and forward-thinking approach makes them a fantastic place to build a career, offering an inclusive culture, modern hybrid working, and genuine opportunities for growth.

The Role

They are seeking a People Operations Coordinator to play a key role in supporting the employee lifecycle—from onboarding to learning and development, compliance, and HR systems. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with HR administration experience who is looking to develop their career in a firm that truly values its people.

You’ll be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, supporting recruitment processes, maintaining and improving HR systems, and ensuring compliance with employment law and data protection regulations. You’ll also have the opportunity to get involved in HR projects, process improvements, and employee engagement initiatives.

They place a huge emphasis on work/life balance, offering regular well-being events, social activities, and hybrid working (with both in-office and remote flexibility).

What They’re Looking For
  • Experience in an HR Administrator/Assistant role, ideally in a professional services environment.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys problem-solving.
  • Experience with HR systems (such as People Information Systems, Learning Management Systems, and Microsoft 365) is highly desirable.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your career in HR within a highly respected law firm that values its people, supports professional development, and offers genuine opportunities for progression.

If you’re looking for a role where you can grow, make an impact, and be part of a forward-thinking team, I’d love to hear from you. Apply today or get in touch to find out more!
