Compliance Manager

We are looking for a Compliance Manager to join our Planning and Operations Headquarters. You will be based in London.

Responsibilities:

These are the key responsibilities within your role. Additional activities and tasks may be expected, but the majority of your time will be spent on:

• Leading company-wide compliance initiatives and ensuring adherence to existing ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 standards.
• Conducting gap analysis to identify areas of non-compliance and developing action plans to address these gaps.
• Allocating resources effectively to build and maintain a functioning compliance cell within the company.
• Providing monthly progress reports on compliance areas, including performance, KPIs, programme, quality assurance, and feedback where appropriate.
• Ensuring that compliance contracts run within budgets, timescales, and always adhere to current H&S legislation.
• Ensuring precise and effective data reporting; updating asset datasets in a timely manner.
• Preparing specifications, designs, contract, and tender documentation to procure works and services.

• Have led an accreditation process for either ISO 9001 or ISO 247001
• Leading compliance initiatives and managing compliance programs.
• Conducting gap analysis and resource allocation.
• Building and maintaining compliance functions pan-company.
• Right to work in the UK and the ability to achieve clearance to SC level
