Location: Tyseley, Birmingham B11 2FEShifts: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Pay: £15 per hour
Contract: Temporary ongoing (potential for permanent)

Your focus will be on maintaining efficiency and quality while fostering a positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Open and close the warehouse, ensuring security and maintenance protocols are followed.
- Manage resource allocation to maximize productivity and ensure timely order fulfilment.
- Handle people processes including performance management and personnel development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and billing information for customer services.
- Optimize warehouse operations through effective management of both soft (computer-based) and hard (physical) facility systems.
- Oversee contractors on-site, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct site inductions and training for new team members.
- Manage all customer operations on-site, including resources, stock, and inventory.
- Operate MHE, particularly counterbalance forklifts, to support operations.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in warehouse management in a busy environment.
- Demonstrated experience in team leadership and management.
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Valid MHE license with experience in operating counterbalance forklifts.
- Ability to maintain operational KPIs.
- Availability for on-site interviews.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed.
