Fleet Services Administrator

Salary: £25,500 - £27,000 per annum plus bonus

Are you an organised administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service?

Lookers Leasing Limited is looking for a proactive Fleet Services Administrator to join our busy Harrogate-based team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support the smooth operation of our fleet and daily rental services.

As a Fleet Services Administrator, you will:

  • Prepare and manage daily hire contracts for LiteLease vehicles.
  • Coordinate vehicle deliveries, collections, and end-of-contract logistics.
  • Process supplier invoices, customer recharges, and credit notes.
  • Ensure vehicle safety checks and damage inspections are completed.
  • Support with the administration of PCNs (Penalty Charge Notices).
  • Maintain accurate customer records and databases.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and exceed customer expectations.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Previous administrative experience, ideally within the automotive, leasing, rental, or dealership sector.
  • Strong IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach.
  • A proven track record of delivering high-quality support and service.
  • The ability to work independently as well as part of a team
