Job Details

Provision of property and technical support, advice and assistance relating to project repairs within Property Maintenance including the control and supervision of housing contracts.

Job Requirements

Relevant Qualifications

Educated to Degree level in a relevant discipline and/or able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge, skills and competencies gained through previous experience in property/estate management, contract administration and project management.

Driving Licence

As the duties of this role require you to effectively travel to successfully undertake the full remit of the role, you must hold a current driving licence and have access to a vehicle.*
