Senior Education Programmes Officer
We are looking for a detail-oriented Senior Education Programmes Officer to join our academic department for a full-time permanent post (3 days in the office, 2 days at home). This position involves supporting the planning, management, and coordination of various projects, preparing the department's annual plan and calendar, tracking projects, preparing reports, servicing committees, and providing administrative support to the Head of Department.
You will collaborate on multiple projects with key stakeholders both within and outside the IIS.
Your duties will include the following:
- Set up, lead, coordinate, and track current projects.
- Act as Department Data Representative.
- Support preparation and tracking of the annual operational plan and department objectives.
- Prepare annual, periodic, and monthly reports as well as annual programmatic and committee calendars.
- Coordinate evaluations and produce evaluation reports and feedback for students.
Your qualities/skills:
- Undergraduate degree in related field or certification in Higher Education Administration or equivalent experience
- Strong project management experience with multi-level programmes in the Higher Education sector.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- High level of written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Moodle.
- Ability to maintain compliance, confidentiality, and suggest process improvements.
