Regional HR Business Partner
We are looking for an accomplished Regional HR Business Partner to work within the Croydon area. This is an exciting opportunity to
join our Trust to support school leaders in all areas of HR, allowing them to deliver a focus on improving educational outcomes.
Greenshaw Learning Trust is a highly successful multi academy trust that provides excellent quality, comprehensive, non-selective and inclusive education through primary schools and secondary schools. Our schools are based in London, Surrey, Berkshire, Gloucestershire and South Gloucestershire, Bristol and Plymouth.
We also have three shared service hubs with remote / hybrid working opportunities where appropriate. We are building a family of like-minded schools, that collaborate to provide mutual support, share their good practice and learn from each other, whilst retaining and developing their own distinctive character.We thrive from collaboration at every level. Main responsibilities:
Contract and Operations, including TUPE, training, policies & proceduresStrategic Recruitment for allocated schools, working alongside our Recruitment Team
Employee Relations Support
Payroll / Budgetary Support
Analysis Reporting
Line Management of six School HR Leads
You will need:
Level 5 CIPD QualificationSubstantial experience in a Senior HR role or in a generalist HR role
Strong employment law knowledge with the ability to apply employment law concepts in a flexible way balancing legal compliance with Trust values
Strong relationship building and communication skills
Ability to make decisions, identify and solve problems on thorough analysis and sound judgement
Self motivation and strong organisation skills
