Work with Sales and Finance teams to carry out commercial analysis, and develop and implement strategies to optimise revenue generation, including pricing strategies and upselling within the existing client base.

  • Consider the challenges and opportunities presented by macro factors such as a Trump presidency, the adoption of AI, rising ambitions in the Middle East, evolving views on ESG, shifting supply chains and other factors, and ensure that our plans, products and growth strategies play to these future considerations, and are not overly pegged to historic assumptions about where opportunity might arise from.
  • Working closely with the Global Partner and other senior VANTAGE figures such as Global head of Delivery and Head of Digital Automation & Transformation, review our product offerings and pricing and optimise for future growth, including where necessary developing and overseeing successful implementation of new offerings, likely leveraging AI, to meet evolving client needs.
