As a level 3 apprentice, you will work as a cohesive team with the Playworkers and be committed to making every child feel safe and welcomed from the moment they arrive.
Key duties;
Supporting the Nursery with daily running
Completing their apprenticeship Monitoring and supporting children in the setting
Adhering to safeguarding regulations
Permeant Level 3 EYE Position
Qualification / Standard : ST0888 Early years practitioner
As a level 3 apprentice, you will work as a cohesive team with the Playworkers and be committed to making every child feel safe and welcomed from the moment they arrive.

Shadowing staff in daily tasks
Training
Your full role and responsibilities will be set out by your employer. Farlea Childcare will provide you with all of the on-the-job training you need to up-skill in your role, and your 20% off-the-job learning will be incorporated as part of your working day.
You will be working towards the Level 3 Early Years Educator apprenticeship standard, which includes:- Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours
- Level 3 Diploma for the Early Years Educator
- Level 3 Award in Paediatric First Aid or Level 3 Award in Emergency Paediatric First Aid
- Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
This will be delivered through Farlea Childcare, and a dedicated training provider, Realise.
Qualifications requiredExperience in a childcare setting or looking after children
Skills requiredPatient, imaginative and good time keeping skills.
