• Design and implement operating models to optimise business performance and scalability
• Analyse existing structures, processes, and governance to identify gaps and improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to align operational strategies with business objectives

• A currently available independent consultant
• Proven consulting experience in operating model design and/or organisational design. Ideally, in a consultancy or freelance capacity
• Experience in Life Sciences and Pharmaceuticals
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
