Location: Petersfield
Available Shifts (Non‑Rotating)
Choose a stable shift that suits your lifestyle:
Lates (3pm-11pm): £15.93/hror
Nights (11pm-7am): £16.48/hr
Full‑time, 5 days a week.
Who We're Looking For
This role is ideal for:
- Experienced Operators/ Senior Operators/ Team Leaders
- Operators with several years' experience in manufacturing that have potentially supported a team, overseen a line, or carried out informal supervisory duties
- Individuals who have acted as go‑to people on shift and are ready to move into a formal leadership role, strong advantage
- Candidates who enjoy being hands‑on and leading by example on the shop floor

- Experience of working within manufacturing
- A background in fast‑paced manufacturing or production
- Confidence in coaching others and helping solve day‑to‑day issues

What You'll Be Doing
As a Senior Operator you'll:
- Lead and support your team to achieve production plans, KPIs, and quality targets
- Oversee daily assembly line operations
- Coach team members, develop their skills, and support RTW processes
- Use OEE data and structured problem‑solving to reduce downtime and improve output
- Drive Lean practices, 5S, and continuous improvement activities
- Maintain quality compliance, complete documentation, and carry out investigations
- Assist with wider business projects and provide hands‑on support when needed
