Assembly Technician - Hook

As the Assembly Technician your key focus will be part of the Production Team, assembling mechanical and electrical elements of the products, to the highest quality standard.

• Carry out Electro-Mechanical assembly – involving sub-assemblies - with

• Ability to read drawings and interpret the requirement for the build
• Assemble then leak and pressure test various pressure vessels to required

• Ensure all build procedures are followed and advise of any discrepancies
• Notify the Production Engineer of any non-conformances
• Be fully aware of Health and Safety requirements and always ensure safe working

• Medically fit and capable of lifting loads
• Capable of standing for long periods of time, Knowledge, Qualifications and

• Having worked in a lean manufacturing environment, champion the 5S approach
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience having worked in an electromechanical

• Basic computer literacy

• A change agent, with a continuous improvement ‘mind-set’
• Resilient, optimistic and pragmatic
• Ability to work well under pressure with a ‘can do’ attitude
