Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor - Principal Contractor

We're seeking a seasoned Senior M&E Quantity Surveyor to join our esteemed team and play a pivotal role in our projects.

The ideal candidate will bring a wealth of experience, with a minimum of ten years in quantity surveying, particularly on projects ranging from £5m to £50m. Your background should include substantial experience as a principal contractor, coupled with a proven track record in budgeting, reporting, and developing BOQ’s and profit plans.

In this role, you'll be responsible for navigating complex contract obligations, engaging in high-stakes commercial meetings, and demonstrating adept negotiation skills with clients and subcontractors.
