We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with at least 12 months of experience in residential conveyancing to join our well-established and friendly team in Harborne.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload of residential conveyancing files from instruction to completion
• Drafting contracts, conducting searches, and liaising with clients, solicitors, and estate agents
• Ensuring all legal documentation is accurate and compliant with current legislation
• Providing exceptional client service and regular updates throughout the transaction process

Requirements:

• A minimum of 12 months experience in residential conveyancing
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent attention to detail and communication abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Fully office-based role – must be comfortable commuting to Harborne daily
