LOCUM CLINICAL PHARMACIST REQUIRED IN WARRINGTON **

Trident Healthcare are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Locum Clinical Pharmacist for ward based role in the Warrington area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Covering clinical ward rounds
  • Conduct medication reviews and manage patient medication therapy.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Educate patients and healthcare staff on medication use and safety.

Requirements:

  • Registered Pharmacist with GPHC
  • Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy setting.
  • Strong knowledge of pharmacology and therapeutics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts as needed.

Benefits:

  • £30-£35 per hour
  • Full time monday- Friday 9am-5pm
