Marketing Coordinator
Role Introduction:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to join our IT Services marketing team. This role is ideal for a self-starter with good communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. You will play a crucial role in executing marketing campaigns, driving our lead generation efforts, and supporting the acceleration of our pipeline through multi-channel marketing strategies.
What You Will Do:
Email Marketing- Create, manage, and optimise email marketing campaigns using Marketo to engage our customer base.
- Maintain and manage email marketing lists, ensuring segmentation and personalisation tactics are applied.
- Measure and report on email campaign performance, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Use Salesforce to track, manage, and report on lead performance across various campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure effective lead nurturing and handover processes.
- Plan and coordinate events such as webinars, roundtables, customer and internal events, from concept through to execution.
- Manage event logistics and post-event evaluation to ensure success and continuous improvement.
- Support the creation of marketing collateral, including blog posts, case studies, email copy, and sales enablement tools.
- Monitor and update content libraries, ensuring all materials align with brand messaging and business goals.
- Manage internal communications, including newsletters, announcements, and updates, ensuring timely and engaging messaging across the organisation.
- Coordinate all-hands calls, from preparing agendas and materials to ensuring smooth execution.
- Assist with internal events such as the annual Kick Off, sourcing merchandise, coordinating logistics, and managing delegate lists.
What You Will Have:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, email marketing, social media and event coordination (experience with tools like Marketo or Salesforce is a plus but not essential).
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new tools and platforms.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Collaborative mindset and a team player, able to work across departments to achieve shared goals.
- Proactive attitude and problem-solving skills, with a passion for creativity and innovation in marketing.
