Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately and efficiently assemble furniture, equipment, and custom projects according to blueprints, diagrams, and customer specifications.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure all assembled items meet this companies’ high standards and customer requirements.
• Communicate professionally with customers, providing courteous service and addressing any on-site questions or concerns.
• Maintain a clean and organised work area and adhere to all company safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-On Experience: Previous assembly, construction, or related technical experience is preferred, but we are open to training the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude.
• Attention to Detail: Ability to read instructions, interpret technical diagrams, and assemble items with precision and accuracy.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Capable of identifying potential challenges during assembly and troubleshooting solutions independently.
• Communication & Customer Service: Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service, making every assembly a positive experience for clients.
