Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver dynamic science lessons in line with the national curriculum, catering to students of varying abilities and interests.
- Utilise a range of teaching strategies and resources to engage students and promote active learning.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel empowered to explore and experiment.
- Assess students' progress through formative and summative assessments, providing timely feedback to support their learning journey.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop schemes of work, share best practices, and contribute to the wider school community.
