We are currently seeking an experienced Property Manager to join our client’s independent Estate Agency team in Colchester. If you have at least 12 months of property management experience and are passionate about delivering exceptional service, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

The successful Property Manager will be offered:

  • Up to £33,000 basic salary, dependent on experience

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 1 in 3 Saturdays (Day off in the week when working a Saturday)

To be considered for the role of Property Manager you must have:

  • Full UK driving licence
  • Minimum of 12 months experience within property management
  • Ambitious and highly driven
  • Strong IT skills
  • A team player
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Local area knowledge would be an advantage but not essential

Key tasks for the Property Manager will include, but will not be limited to:

  • Oversee property management duties, ensuring smooth operations
  • Liaise with contractors, landlords, and tenants to resolve issues promptly
  • Manage check-ins and check-outs
  • Conduct rent reviews and address deposit issues
  • Provide general property management support to ensure properties are maintained to a high standard
