Level 3 Nursery Assistant

• Working Hours: Shift pattern with earliest start at 7:30 AM and latest finish at 6:00 PM

Reed Education are representing a fantastic Primary School, and we are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Level 3 Nursery Assistant to join our term-time nursery, catering to children aged 2–5 years old. This role is ideal for someone passionate about providing high-quality care and education, ensuring a safe and stimulating environment for all children.

Day-to-day of the role:

• Assist in the planning and delivery of engaging activities that promote learning and development.
• Ensure the safety and well-being of all children at all times.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a positive and inclusive atmosphere.
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers, providing regular updates on their child’s progress.
• Adhere to all nursery policies and procedures, including safeguarding and health and safety guidelines.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
• Ability to work flexible hours as part of a shift pattern.
