We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated individual (or individuals) to join us as a Retail and Operations Assistant to help shape the future of Maybee and grow alongside our company.

Tasks
Your Role and Responsibilities
You’ll play a key role in the daily operations of our store, supporting our director and Store Manager, Mayuri, in delivering an exceptional customer experience:
Morning Preparation (10:00 am - 11:00 am):
- Prepare the store for opening.
- Receive and organise goods from suppliers.
- Preheat and arrange food items.
- Ensure the shop is clean and ready for customers.
Serving Customers (11:00 am - 6:00 pm):
- Serve and engage with customers, sharing Maybee’s mission and values.
- Manage point-of-sale systems and assist with customer inquiries.
Evening Tasks (6:00 pm - 6:30 pm):
- Clean and organise the store for the next day.
- Properly store food and maintain inventory.
- Provide additional support during holidays or sickness.
Growth:
- Support with process definitions, feedback and ideas
Requirements
