Manage contract commercial aspectsControl project costs
Prepare and submit cost reports
Collaborate with teams to meet financial targets
Negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors
Ensure regulatory and standard compliance
Requirements:
Proven experience in commercial management, ideally within groundworks or civil engineeringStrong analytical and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or a related field
