English & Maths Tutor – Stockport (SK1)
We are currently seeking a dedicated and passionate English and Maths Tutor to work with students in the Stockport (SK1) area. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners, including those with additional needs, and help them achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver one-to-one or small group tuition in English and Maths
- Support students with varying abilities, including those with SEN
- Plan and adapt lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Build positive relationships and encourage student engagement
- Monitor and report on student progress
Requirements:
- Experience tutoring or teaching English and Maths
- Experience working with children or young people (SEN experience desirable)
- Strong behaviour management skills
- A patient, supportive, and flexible approach
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
- Right to work in the UK
Working Hours:
- Part-time / flexible hours available
- Typically weekdays (Monday to Friday)

- Stockport, SK1 (local travel required)
