Junior Content Design Analyst - NatWest

• We’re looking for a Junior Content Design Analyst to create engaging content that delivers a great customer experience, reflecting our brand style and tone of voice
• You’ll be helping to set the vision for content design at Mettle, and contribute to the goals of the wider design team
• It’s an opportunity to build great relationships with other digital teams and collaborate to deliver best in class work

What you'll do

As a Content Design Analyst at Mettle, you’ll be supporting the design team in writing content for the Mettle app, and collaborating across multiple product squads to make sure content is consistent for our users.

You’ll also be:

• Collaborating closely with product designers to design solutions to customer problems, creating the best possible customer experience
• Auditing and improving existing content, and work with other content designers to build out and iterate on design systems and style guides
• Working with marketing colleagues to make sure that our marketing material is consistent with our app experience

The skills you'll need

We’re looking for someone with a content portfolio that demonstrates creative and analytical thinking and the ability to collaborate cross-functionally with teams. You’ll also have a passion for words, and turning complex information into simple, understandable language.

Ideally, you’ll have knowledge and experience of financial products and services, but this isn’t essential.

You’ll also need:

• Experience of interpreting and expanding tone of voice guidelines
• The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment
• Empathy for users, and can demonstrate creating inclusive content for different accessibility needs
